Must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Fun Club Card Program. 18 – 20 year olds can only use their Fun Club Card to play Bingo/Class II games.
The Fun Club Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the card. If you are awarded a prize while using your card, the prize may only be claimed by you, the card holder. Fun Club points are non-transferable.
A valid photo State I.D. or Drivers License will be required when redeeming points for rooms, food, merchandise, or cash back. (Proof of social security number when applicable.)
All Fun Club Certificates must be used before the stated expiration date or they become void and will not be re-issued.
Fun Club Points have cash value. Cash redemption receipts can be obtained at the Club booths. Redemption receipts will be taken at the Main Casino Cage, Irene Moore Activity Center Cage, Wolf Redemption, Irene Moore Activity Center and Mason Street Casino Redemption areas. The minimum cash back is 1000 points which equals $10.00. Cash back will begin at $10 and increase at $5 increments up to $100. From $100 – $500, cash back will be given out at $10 increments. You may redeem for more than $500 if you have the available points.
It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure their Fun Club Card is inserted properly into the card reader and functioning normally when playing Slots. Slot Players may need to flip their card around when playing certain machines. While playing Table Games, it is the cardholder’s responsibility to inform the Pit Personnel that they wish to be tracked and provide the Pit Personnel with their card. Fun Club points will not be credited if these procedures are not followed.
Fun Club points will become void after 15 months of issuing date or when the account is inactive for 15 months.
The Fun Club reserves the right to adjust account balances for the settlement of rooms, food, event expenses, merchandise, hardware and software malfunctions.
Oneida Casino reserves the right to revise or cancel Fun Club promotions at any time and without prior notice.
Violation of the Fun Club rules may result in the forfeiture of accumulated points.
The decision of Management as to resolution of any disputes and as to the interpretation of the rules shall be final.
The use of the Fun Club Card constitutes acceptance of the club’s terms and conditions. Fun Club Cards are the property of Oneida Casino and may be revoked at anytime per Management’s discretion.
